Molly is a true Fitness Professional; a Fitness Presenter and Conditioning Coach. She holds retreats in France and with HF Holidays in the UK. She works with Les Mills Training Systems teaching exercise classes. She holds diplomas in both yoga and Pilates and is a qualified trainer and assessor. She is a strong believer in internal energy systems and the link between mind and body behaviours. She also teaches yin yoga, meditation, sound meditation and dance meditation. She specialises in soft tissue development Eastern massage therapies and works from Columbines Health and Beauty in Hurstpierpoint.
