Dr. Kaushansky is passionate about helping individuals understand the relationships, experiences, and sometimes the unconscious patterns that have shaped their lives. Dr. Kaushansky’s philosophy is grounded in psychodynamic theory, with an integration of cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques that can provide urgent symptom alleviation. Dr. Kaushansky has found this dual-approach most helpful in successfully decreasing feelings of anxiety, stress, depression, and anger issues.
