As a therapist, my purpose is to help clarify and facilitate the attainment of your personal goals. My expertise is the application of processes that create desired change. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your present life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will examine long-standing behavior patterns or thoughts and perceptions that impact your life. Change takes place in the context of a collaborative relationship. As we clarify goals and patterns, the technology of evidence based practices can be utlilized within effective and relevant processes.
